Information entered by members for membership registration, etc., is transferred to a separate database (or stored in a separate filing cabinet in the case of paper documents) after the purpose has been achieved, and is destroyed after being stored for a certain period in accordance with internal policies and other applicable laws (see Retention and Use Period). Personal information deleted or destroyed at the user's request is processed in accordance with the "Retention and Use Period of Personal Information Collected by the Company" and is handled so that it cannot be viewed or used for any other purpose.
