Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms of Service govern the conditions and procedures for use of the website service provided by J1 Global Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), as well as other necessary matters.

Article 2 (Effectiveness and Amendment)

  1. 1. These Terms become effective upon notification to users.
  2. 2. The content of these Terms is posted on the service screen. If amended, the Company will notify users through online announcements.
  3. 3. The Company may revise these Terms when deemed necessary, and the revised Terms shall take effect in the same manner as Article 1.

Article 3 (Supplementary Rules)

  1. 1. These Terms apply together with usage rules and separate terms relating to services provided by the Company.
  2. 2. Matters not expressly stated in these Terms shall be governed by applicable laws and regulations.

Article 4 (Definitions)

The terms used in these Terms are defined as follows:

  1. 1. "User" refers to any individual or corporate member who accesses the website and uses the services in accordance with these Terms.
  2. 2. "Registration" refers to the act of completing the application form provided by the Company, agreeing to these Terms, and concluding the service use agreement.
  3. 3. "Member" refers to a user registered on the website who continuously receives information and may use the services on an ongoing basis.
  4. 4. "ID" refers to the combination of letters and numbers applied for by the member and approved by the Company for member identification and service use.
  5. 5. "Password" refers to the combination of letters and numbers selected by the user to verify correspondence with the member ID and protect confidentiality in communications.
  6. 6. "Withdrawal" refers to the act by which a member terminates the use agreement.
  7. 7. Terms not defined in these Terms shall be defined in separate terms and usage rules for individual services.

Article 5 (Membership and Application)

  1. 1. Membership registration is completed after the user agrees to these Terms and completes the registration procedure required by the Company.
  2. 2. The Company provides a member ID free of charge upon registration, and applicants must register using their real name.
  3. 3. Registration is established by the Company's acceptance of the application and the user's agreement to these Terms.
  4. 4. Upon registration, an online confirmation screen is displayed immediately to applicants who meet the required conditions.

Article 6 (Withdrawal and Loss of Membership)

  1. 1. Membership may be restricted or suspended in the following cases:
    1. a. Application using another person's identity fraudulently
    2. b. Submission of false information or forged documents in the application
    3. c. Application made for the purpose of harming public order or good morals
    4. d. Acts that interfere with others' use of the service or misappropriate information
    5. e. Use of the site in violation of laws or these Terms
    6. f. Failure to meet registration requirements set by the Company

Article 7 (Provision and Use of Service)

  1. 1. The service is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year in principle, unless there are special operational or technical constraints.
  2. 2. The Company may suspend service provision in the following cases:
    1. a. Necessary system maintenance
    2. b. Suspension of telecommunications services by the relevant carrier
    3. c. Other cases where the Company cannot provide the service
  3. 3. Services provided by the Company include the following, and their content may be changed after notice to users:
    1. a. Website (membership terms)
    2. b. All other services developed by the Company or provided through cooperation with other companies

Article 8 (Consent to Use of Member Information)

  1. 1. The Company's privacy policy applies to members' personal information.
  2. 2. Member information is collected, used, managed, and protected as follows:
    1. a. Collection: information provided upon registration, community activities, event participation, advertising or prize-related information, etc.
    2. b. Use: the Company does not disclose or distribute collected personal information to third parties without consent, except as required by law or competent authorities.
    3. c. Management: members may modify or delete their personal information at any time in their member account area.
    4. d. Protection: only members may view, modify, or delete their personal information through their ID and password.
    5. e. Other: personal information voluntarily provided online may be collected and used by others.
  3. 3. Applying for use under these Terms is deemed consent to the collection, use, and provision of member information as stated in the application.

Article 9 (User Information Security)

  1. 1. From the moment registration is completed, users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their information and bear all consequences arising from use of their ID and password.
  2. 2. Management of the ID and password is entirely the member's responsibility, and any unauthorized use must be reported to the Company immediately.
  3. 3. Users must properly log out at the end of each session. The Company is not liable for damages resulting from failure to do so.

Article 10 (Information Provision and Advertising)

  1. 1. The Company may provide various information to members through the website.
  2. 2. The Company may post advertisements on the website, by email, or through other means related to service operation.

Article 11 (Copyright of Posted Content)

  1. 1. Rights to content posted by the user belong to the user.
  2. 2. The Company reserves the right to edit or move posted content without prior notice and may delete it in the following cases:
    1. a. Content that violates these Terms or is deemed commercial, illegal, obscene, or vulgar
    2. b. Content that defames or damages the reputation of other members or third parties
    3. c. Content that violates public order and good morals
    4. d. Content deemed related to criminal activity
    5. e. Content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights
    6. f. Content posted by a withdrawn member
    7. g. Other cases in violation of applicable laws
  3. 3. All civil and criminal liability arising from infringement of others' copyrights shall be borne entirely by the user.

Article 12 (Company Obligations and Responsibilities)

  1. 1. Ownership and operation of the service belong to the Company.
  2. 2. The Company shall not disclose, publish, or distribute members' personal information to third parties without prior consent, nor use it for commercial purposes unrelated to service provision, except as required by law.

Article 13 (Member Obligations)

  1. 1. Members must comply with applicable laws, these Terms, usage guides, and notices from the Company, and must not interfere with the Company's operations.
  2. 2. Members may not use the service for commercial purposes without prior consent from the Company.
  3. 3. Members may not copy, reproduce, modify, translate, publish, broadcast, or provide to third parties any information obtained through the service without prior consent.
  4. 4. Members must not engage in the following acts:
    1. a. Unauthorized use of another member's ID
    2. b. Acts aimed at or related to criminal activity
    3. c. Acts harmful to good morals or social order
    4. d. Acts that defame or insult others
    5. e. Acts that infringe others' intellectual property rights
    6. f. Hacking or distribution of computer viruses
    7. g. Sending unsolicited advertising messages
    8. h. Altering information posted on the site
    9. i. Acts that may disrupt stable service operation
    10. j. Other acts in violation of applicable laws

Article 14 (Changes to Member Information)

  1. 1. If member information (address, email, etc.) changes, the member must notify and update it immediately on the website operated by the Company.
  2. 2. The member is fully responsible for failure to notify or update changes, which may be grounds for suspension or termination of service.

Article 15 (Deletion of Posts or Content)

The Company may delete posts or content that violate regulations or exceed the designated posting period without prior notice or consent.

Article 16 (Termination and Restriction of Use)

  1. 1. To terminate the agreement, the member must notify the Company at least one business day before the desired termination date (two business days if the date falls on a public holiday).
  2. 2. The Company may terminate the service agreement if the member violates these Terms and fails to remedy the violation within the designated period.
  3. 3. The Company may restrict or suspend use without prior consent for members who violate the agreement.
  4. 4. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate service for use inconsistent with the agreement or in violation of law.

Article 17 (Damages)

The Company shall not be liable for any damages to members in connection with free services, except in cases of the Company's gross negligence.

Article 18 (Disclaimer)

  1. 1. The Company shall be exempt from liability for service suspension due to force majeure or similar circumstances.
  2. 2. The Company shall be exempt from liability for service disruptions caused by users' own fault.
  3. 3. The Company shall be exempt from liability for damages arising from information obtained through the service.
  4. 4. The Company shall be exempt from liability regarding the reliability or accuracy of information provided through its service network.
  5. 5. The Company shall be exempt from liability regarding content of materials posted or transmitted by users.

Supplementary Provision 1

(Effective Date) These Terms shall take effect on June 15, 2026.
